PROJECT SUMMARY - DELTAFORMER AND SATURATOR

Glens Falls Interweb, Inc. was contracted to design, engineer and coordinate the supply of a 1.5 meter wide Deltaformer and Saturator for the production of a specialty web used for building products.

A complete review of an operating pilot line and the future production requirements was conducted by GFI prior to the design and fabrication of the Deltaformer and Saturator sections.

GFI provided process engineering related to the wet end white water, binder, and vacuum systems. GFI provided the project management services required to integrate equipment from several manufacturers into the new machine line.

GFI provided installation supervision and start-up assistance for the new production line.
