PROJECT SUMMARY - ROTOFORMER 2000

Glens Falls Interweb, Inc. has supplied a Rotoformer 2000 for the production of specialty papers. The Rotofomer 2000 has the capabilities to run 100% cellulose fibers or a blend of synthetic and cellulose fibers.

The Rotoformer 2000 was supplied complete with hydraulic headbox, parabolic inlet manifold with diffuser tube bank, drilled stainless steel shell, and couch roll with loading assembly. The Rotoformer 2000 also features a dual pinion drive and a three chamber, baffled forming box.

The Rotoformer 2000 was completely pre-assembled before being shipped to the mill site for final installation. GFI supplied installation supervision, and start-up assistance.
