Mr. Stevens is a twenty-two year veteran of the pulp and paper industry.
He has experience in paper production as well as the supply of custom
designed equipment. His background has uniquely qualified him for
overseeing projects from the inquiry stage through the installation
phase. As Applications Manager, he gathers site information and
detail dimensions, performs engineering calculations, and provides
layout drawings for the manufacture and installation of equipment.
Mr. Stevens' experience in soliciting supplier, fabrication and
machine quotes ensures accurate estimates, timely proposals and
detailed specifications.
Mr. Stevens' experience with Valmet included gathering field information
on site, creating proposal drawings, drafting proposals, participating
in sales presentations, assigning inquiries to staff, prioritizing
inquiries, and creating and administering an engineering budget.
From his experience he has learned how to accurately assess the
customer's need, address it in a proposal, and meet the requirements
to the Customer's satisfaction.
